Asian skewers

Three versions: lamb, beef and pork, and three tasty marinades.

Ingredients

Beef skewers
  • 500 g beef, diced

  • 100 ml olive oil

  • 100 g Santa Maria Garam Masala

  • Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper

Lamb skewers
  • 10 st lamb cutlets à 80 g

  • 100 ml olive oil

  • 100 g Santa Maria Paneng Red Curry

  • 10 g Santa Maria Mint

  • Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper

Pork skewers
  • 500 g pork

  • 200 ml water

  • 50 g Santa Maria Chicken Thai Wok mix

  • 25 g Santa Maria Umami

How to prepare

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the beef or lamb skewers together and make sure the meat is properly covered.

  2. Put the pork in an oven-proof dish, season carefully with Chicken Thai Wok and pour in the water.

  3. Cover with aluminium foil and braise for 2 hours in a medium oven.

  4. Take the pork out of the dish when cooked and leave to cool.

  5. Cut into even cubes and spear onto 10 skewers.

  6. Do the same with the beef and lamb.

  7. Fry the skewers in a hot frying pan or cook under the grill. Add flavour with the marinade.
