Baked Chimichurri Salmon

Easy-to-cook salmon with a fresh taste of green herbs.


Number of portions
  • 1 kg fillet of salmon

  • 1 tbs vegetable oil

  • 60 g Santa Maria BBQ Rub Chimichurri

How to prepare

  1. Place the salmon in an oven tray.

  2. Pour the oil over the salmon fillet and sprinkle over the Chimichurri Rub.

  3. Bake in an oven at 170 degrees until core temperature reaches 48–52 degrees, about 10–15 minutes.

  4. Break down the salmon fillet into smaller pieces using a fork.
