Green Curry Chicken

The comforting flavours of green curry with chicken and a mix of greens.


Number of portions
  • 1520 g chicken, shredded

  • 200 ml Santa Maria Green Curry Spice Mix

  • 8 dl Santa Maria Coconut Cream

  • 2.5 dl water

  • 250 g broccoli

  • 125 g green bell pepper

  • 100 g asparagus

  • 100 g spring onion

  • 250 g green soy beans

  • {750 g baby spinach

  • 15 g dill

  • Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper

  • 600 g Santa Maria Asian Egg Noodles

How to prepare

  1. Cook the chicken in the oven, at 175°C, for about 5 minutes.

  2. Mix spice blend with coconut milk and water. Pour the mixture over the chicken and cook for 10 more minutes.

  3. Cut all veggies. Fry broccoli, bell pepper and asparagus. Let them cool off for a minute before mixing them with the remaining veggies. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

  4. Serve the curry chicken with veggies and noodles.
