Avo-Coffee shake
Delightful shake made with smooth avocado slices, espresso and condensed milk.

1 Santa Maria Vanilla Pod
200 g Santa Maria Frozen Avocado slices
10 espresso shots
800 g sweetened condensed milk
30 ice cubes
2 pinches of salt
25 g dark chocolate, grated
How to prepare
Split the vanilla pod down the middle and scrape out all the seeds.
Add all the ingredients, except the salt, to a blender. Blend to a smooth consistency.
Add the salt and blend for another few seconds.
Serve the coffee drink in an ice cold glas.
Garnish with a sprinkle of grated chocolate, fresh berries and/or whipped cream.
Tip!
Try churning the mix in an ice-cream machine for a delicious Avo-Coffee Ice Cream. Store in the freezer at max. -8°C.
