Veggie Tikka with Spicy Rice
Tikka stew with cauliflower, beans and paprika, served with naan and preferably some cool raita.
Ingredients

70 g Santa Maria Tikka Masala Spice Mix
5 dl Santa Maria Coconut Milk
5 dl crushed tomatoes
2 dl water
500 g kidney beans
400 g red pepper
500 g cauliflower
10 Santa Maria Naan Bread
How to prepare
Mix Tikka Masala Spice Mix, coconut milk, crushed tomatoes and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Add cauliflower. Let simmer until cauliflower is ready and add kidney beans and bell peppers.
Boil again.
Ready to serve with basmati rice and naan bread.
