Tex Mex Stroganoff

A rich and colourful stew with sausage and colourful, seasoned with the beloved taco flavour.


Number of portions
Tex Mex Stroganoff:
  • 500 g sausage, sliced

  • 200 g sweet corn, rinsed

  • 200 g carrot, cubed

  • 150 g onion, wedges

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 600 ml water

  • 10 g corn starch

  • 20 g Santa Maria Taco Spice Mix

  • 200 ml Santa Maria Taco Sauce, mild 

Bean salad:
  • 500 g mixed white beans, rinsed

  • 20 g olive oil

  • 15 g white vinegar

  • 25 g Santa Maria Italian Salad Spice Mix

For serving:
  • Rice

  • Nacho chips and extra Taco Sauce

How to prepare

  1. Sauté the sausage, onion and carrots in oil in a large pan.

  2. Mix water with starch, Taco Sauce and Taco Spice Mix, then pour it in the pan.

  3. Stir well and bring the stew to a boil, let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

  4. Mix white beans with oil, vinegar and Italian Salad Spice Mix to a side salad.

  5. Serve with boiled rice, Nacho Chips and Taco Sauce.
