Salty caramel freak shake with espresso.
Ingredients
Number of portions
2 shots (50-60 ml) of Paulig Espresso Favorito
Nutella (nuss-nugat-crème)
Pretzels
Flake salt
20 ml caramel sauce
250 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
Whipped cream
How to prepare
Garnish the inside of a glass with Nutella.
Add caramel sauce and a pinch of flake salt in the glass.
Prepare a double espresso on top.
Steam milk and pour it into the glass.
Fill the glass with whipped cream and garnish with caramel sauce and a pinch of flake salt.
Add loads of small pretzels on top.
