Chocolate cake à la Tazza
1 ½ dl sugar
200 g butter
150 g Tazza choco drink concentrate
2 ½ dl flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
200 g Tazza choco drink concentrate
50 g butter
Seasonal berries, fruits or ice cream
How to prepare
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Whip eggs and sugar into a foam. Melt the butter and add to foam together with Tazza concentrate. Mix dry ingredients together and add to the dough through a sieve. Mix carefully and pour the dough into two rectangle shaped baking form (350-400 g/baking form). Grade in oven 15-20 min so, that the cake is ready, but not overbaked.
Melt the butter for the dressing and mix together with Tazza concentrate. Let cool down.
Cut the cake into pieces and add dressing to make it moist. Decorate the cake with seasonal berries or fruits and serve as it is or with ice-cream.
