Number of portions
  • 40 ml apple puree / paste

  • 20 ml caramel sauce

  • 1 shot (30 ml) of Paulig Espresso Originale

  • pinch of Santa Maria Cinnamon

  • 200 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • whipped cream

How to prepare

  1. Measure the apple puree / paste, caramel sauce and cinnamon into a glass or mug.

  2. Prepare the espresso and pour it into the glass with hot milk.

  3. Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce and cinnamon.
