Use high quality coffee

Water, dose and grind size
The right ratio for coffee and water - Use approximately 60g of coffee per 1 liter of water.
The right grind size:
- Big dose of coffee (300g): coarse grind size
- Small dose of coffee(100g): fine grind sizeGrind size also depends on your filter machine’s brewing time:
- Brewing time 4 minutes: fine grind size
- Brewing time 9 minutes: coarser grind size
Serving the coffee
Mix the coffee before serving:
- After brewing, coffee is stronger at the bottom and weaker on top.Serve only fresh and hot coffee:
- For glass pan serving time is 30-60min
- For thermos max 2 hours
- HOX, the countdown starts when coffee is brewed, not when you start to serve it.
