200 g boiled noodles
25 g Santa Maria Paneng Red Curry
15 g Santa Maria Orange & Pepper
1 red onion, thinly sliced
80 g carrot, finely grated
25 ml olive oil
25 ml sesame oil
3 spring onions, thinly sliced
Juice of 1 lime
200 g prawns, boiled and chopped
Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper
How to prepare
Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
Put some whole shrimps on top, drizzle with some Santa Maria Teriyaki Sauce and add Santa Maria white sesame seeds.
