Poké Bowl with crunch

Complete the spectrum of flavours and textures by adding crunchy Lentil Waves to your Poké.

Ingredients

Number of portions
  • 150 ml Japanese soy

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • 1 tsk Santa Maria Chili Flakes

  • 50 g green onion

  • 450 g diced raw fish (like MSC-labeled tuna or salmon)

  • 10 portions of round-grain boiled rice

  • 100 g Santa Maria Snack Base Lentil Waves

Toppings
Avocado, radishes, mango, gari, soybeans, fresh coriander and algae

How to prepare

  1. Whisk together soy, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, chili flakes and sliced green onions.

  2. Add the raw fish into the soy mixture.

  3. Deep-fry Lentil Waves according to the instructions on the pack.

  4. Start plating by putting rice in the bowl. Continue with fish and toppings. Finish by adding the crunchy lentil snacks.
