Deep-fried Wasabi Broccoli
Deep-fried florets with a pleasant bite from wasabi.
Ingredients
Number of portions
500 g bellaverde broccoli
150 ml greek yoghurt
200 ml panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Santa Maria Wasabi Sesame
Rapeseed oil for deep-frying
How to prepare
Heat some oil in a pan or a deep fryer.
Rinse and dry the broccoli.
Put Greek yoghurt in one bowl and panko breadcrumbs together with Wasabi Sesame in another one.
Dip each broccoli floret in yoghurt and then in breading.
Fry until golden and crispy.
